Walking & Coaching in Beirut

EHT coach Noura Saad, currently working from her home country of Lebanon, shared some thoughts recently about walking and coaching:

Early morning in the heart of Beirut, I met my client in Horsh Beirut, a quiet green space, alive with people reconnecting with nature and themselves. If you havenโ€™t been, I highly recommend it.

During our coaching walk, a first for both of us, we intentionally brought the environment into the session. One way we did this was by matching our walking pace to the rhythm of her work life: moving quickly at times, slowing down, and occasionally pausing to think out loud or reflect in silence. This simple, physical alignment helped surface new clarity and opened up space for a different perspective to take shape.

Sometimes, the best way to unlock clarity at work is to step outside the usual environment, and let the conversation unfold.

If you're navidgating change at work, stepping into leadership, or feeling stuck, coaching can offer the space to think clearly, build awareness, and grow with intention.

I support emerging leaders and professionals through virtual and in-person sessions, including walk and coach where possible.
