Supervision for pre-licensed clinicians
Responsibilities:
-
Give mental health diagnoses
-
Create, implement, and maintain treatment plans including further diagnosis and changes to treatment plan as needed
-
Complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy and HIPAA compliance
-
Provide thoughtful customer service for clients
-
Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
-
Prepare, create, and record individual documentation for each session

Coordinate services with collateral individuals such as case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, school staff, or Ever Human colleagues/staff as needed

Collaborate and partner with assigned marketing lead for caseload development

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings when requested
Required Qualifications and Skills:
-
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
-
Clinical licensure or planned licensure in one of the following states: AZ, MA, TN, VT (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist, etc.), or licensed psychologist in any PSYPACT state.

Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation

Passion for topics such as, but not limited to: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), humanistic therapy, gender identity and sexual orientation, BIPOC population, play therapy, expressive arts therapy, music therapy, social work, group therapy, couples therapy, etc.

Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Proficient in the use of EHR systems (Simple Practice experience a plus)

Ability to pass a background check

Provide a letter of good standing from the licensing board
