This week, September 7-13, we observe National Suicide Prevention Week—a time to come together as a community, raise awareness, and affirm: you are 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘦. National Suicide Prevention Week aims to educate us about warning signs, reduce stigma, and make support more accessible.
At Ever Human Therapy, we believe healing begins when you’re truly seen, heard, and supported. We take seriously the responsibility that comes with walking alongside people navigating thoughts of hopelessness, isolation, or despair. Whether through talk, music, art, moving your body, or simply sharing space, our goal is to help you understand that there is hope, and you can live from that place.
If you or someone you care about is struggling, please know there are places to reach out:
𝟵𝟴𝟴 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 & 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 - if in the U.S., call or text 988 to get immediate help.
Talk with a trusted friend, family member, or professional.
Consider exploring therapy or expressive support. At EHT, each session is a space built around 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 story, values, and pace.
Let’s do our part to listen without judgment, to ask, “How are you, really?” and to show up for one another. Because together, hope is possible.
