Hi, I’m Matt—and I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported just as you are. In our work together, you’ll find a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, or the demands of a creative or high-pressure career, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach is warm, grounded, and tailored to your unique needs. We might draw from tools like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, or expressive arts—always guided by what resonates with you. Some sessions might focus on slowing down and making room for big emotions. Others may help you find clarity, insight, or momentum as you move forward. Wherever you are, we’ll work together to help you feel more connected, grounded, and at home in yourself.

I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Boston College, and I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, including artists and performers during my time at Berklee College of Music. My background includes studying with Nobel Laureate Elie Wiesel and collaborating with experts in sport psychology—experiences that continue to shape my focus on resilience, meaning, and the power of human connection.
My perspective is also shaped by travel to over 70 countries and my ongoing affiliation with Harvard Medical School. I’m committed to offering inclusive, thoughtful, and research-informed care—centered around who you are and what you need.

However you arrive, I’m so glad you’re here. I look forward to supporting your healing and growth.
