I believe that just as we train our bodies, we can strengthen our minds, and therapy offers a space to do that with kindness and intention. Whether you’re moving through anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, identity questions, or the weight of daily life, I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported and understood.
I work with teens, college students, adults, and couples, and I’m especially drawn to supporting people in moments of transition, when you’re figuring out who you are, who you’re becoming, or what you need next. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where your story can unfold at your own pace.
My approach is compassion-focused and collaborative. I believe you carry deep wisdom about your life, even if it feels hard to access right now. I bring clinical skill, structure, and curiosity; you bring your lived experience and inner knowing; together, we work toward healing, clarity, and emotional resilience.
In our work, I draw from modalities like DBT, CBT, SFBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy, integrating them in a way that fits you rather than expecting you to fit the method. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and PTSD, panic, identity development, chronic pain, relationship concerns, and performance-related stress.
In addition, before entering the mental health field, I played professional soccer, which shaped my passion for helping athletes and performers tend to both their mental health and the pressures of high performance.
Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me reading about psychology, caring for animals, spending time with the people I love, or soaking up the sun. Wherever you are in your journey, seeking grounding, healing, direction, or growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you!
