I believe that just like we train our bodies, we can strengthen our minds—and therapy is a space to do just that, helping you build mental resilience and emotional well-being. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, performance pressure, or simply seeking greater clarity, my goal is to offer a space where you feel supported, grounded, and truly seen.
As a pre-licensed mental health counselor and soon-to-be certified mental performance coach, I work with adolescents, teens, college students, and adults who are looking to feel more confident, focused, and connected in their lives. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to grow, we can work together to help you move forward with purpose and compassion.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and human-first. I bring specialized training in mental health counseling and performance psychology, but you bring the most important part: you—your story, your values, your goals. Whether you’re here to process complex emotions, learn coping strategies, or show up more fully in your relationships and daily life, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support that’s thoughtful, attuned, and tailored to who you are.
With a background as a professional soccer player, I also have a special passion for working with athletes, performers, and high achievers. I’ve supported Division I and III collegiate athletes and high school athletes in navigating the mental side of performance—things like competitive pressure, mental focus, performance anxiety, self-confidence, and identity—while helping them stay connected to their motivation and purpose.
Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me reading about psychology and human performance, soaking up the sun, spending time with friends and family, or caring for animals (I’m a proud and passionate vegan!).
If you’re ready for a space that meets you where you are and supports where you’re going, I’d be honored to work with you.
