Starting therapy can feel like a big leap—and it is! But it doesn’t have to feel intimidating. My job is to make the process feel supportive, approachable, and even a little lighter at times. We’ll figure things out together: untangling the tough stuff, spotting your strengths, and finding practical steps that help you move forward. Whether you’re feeling anxious, down, stuck, or just ready for some change, I bring compassion, curiosity, and the occasional laugh when it fits.

Alongside my work with clients, I also serve as Director of Therapist Development here at Ever Human Therapy. That’s a long way of saying I get to support and mentor our pre-licensed clinicians and interns, lead trainings, and create spaces where therapists feel safe to grow and learn. Because I supervise them closely, I have a deep sense of their energy, personalities, specialties, and skills—so when I help connect clients with a therapist, I’m not just making a guess, I’m making a thoughtful match. And I believe therapy works best when that relationship really clicks.

I keep a full caseload myself, which means the guidance I offer to therapists is grounded in real, everyday client work. It’s the balance I love most: caring directly for clients while also shaping and supporting the next generation of therapists.
