As a psychotherapist with lived experience, I bring a unique and deeply personal perspective to my work. I believe that every story matters—and that you deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported. My passion is helping individuals and couples navigate the parenting journey, with a special focus on perinatal mental health. I know that becoming a parent can be both beautiful and challenging, and I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered.

Many of the clients I work with are moving through challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, trauma responses, and the emotional complexities that can arise during pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. My areas of expertise include working with traumatic birth experiences, complex trauma, PTSD, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, infertility, grief and loss, and relationship dynamics. I also offer couples therapy, using evidence-based methods to help build deeper connections and healing.

My approach is rooted in compassion and tailored to meet your unique needs. I’m certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Level II Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I have additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and perinatal mental health. I also provide clinical supervision, dedicated to supporting the growth of ethical and skilled practitioners entering the field.

Whether you’re seeking support during the parenting journey or working through other life challenges, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy and expertise.
