I serve Ever Human Therapy in a dual role, as our Clinical Support Coordinator and a Social Work Intern, and both parts of my work are rooted in care, curiosity, and genuine connection.

 

In my support role, I’m often one of the first people clients interact with. I help you get started, answer questions, and make sure you feel held and supported as you’re matched with the therapist who best fits your needs. My hope is that the beginning of your therapeutic journey feels welcoming, grounded, and easeful.

 

Alongside this role, I also see individual clients for therapy. My background in pediatric and family mental health has deepened my belief that people heal in relationships where they feel safe, understood, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and communication challenges, emotional regulation, and social-emotional skills building. I approach our work with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience.

 

I have a passion for supporting people of color, individuals exploring their identities, and anyone seeking a therapeutic space where their experiences are honored and understood. Creating spaces where clients can soften, feel seen, and reconnect with their own resilience is at the heart of my work. Whether I’m supporting you behind the scenes or meeting with you in therapy, my intention is the same: to meet you where you are and walk alongside you with steadiness and care.
