You are whole—right now, exactly as you are. My work centers that truth, even when everything feels chaotic or uncertain. Whether you're navigating relationship struggles, identity exploration, major life transitions, or supporting a neurodiverse child, I create space for you to see yourself through a different lens and feel genuinely held through this moment.
I work with couples, young adults, neurodiverse children and adolescents, and people seeking gender-affirming mental health care. I'm particularly passionate about gender identity development in young children and helping parents navigate the beautiful complexity of raising gender-expansive kids. My approach is creative, relational, and client-centered—meaning we collaborate at your pace, honoring your lived experience as we explore patterns with compassion and curiosity.
Drawing on nearly 20 years as a therapist, early childhood mental health specialist, and Montessori educator, I integrate creative arts therapy, play-based approaches, and trauma-informed care into our work together. I'm trained in Circle of Security, transformational coaching, and child-centered play therapy. Sessions might include traditional talk therapy, expressive arts, movement, play—whatever feels most authentic and healing for you.
Therapy should feel like a place to land—where stress, identity questions, relationship challenges, and transitions don't have to be faced alone. You deserve support that meets you where you are and helps you reconnect with the wisdom and resilience already inside you.
I'd be honored to support you through whatever challenges are present in this moment.
