In a world that celebrates nonstop movement and productivity, I help clients slow down. I offer virtual therapy tailored for young adults navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, life transitions, and chronic illness. Anxiety, depression, OCD, burnout, and trauma often share one painful trait: loneliness. Because I believe relationships are the foundation for change, I prioritize creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard.
My work is deeply collaborative and relational. I offer gentle guidance while honoring your own innate expertise. Clients describe me as curious, genuine, and compassionate, and I enjoy bringing humor and humanity into our sessions.
I know therapy can feel daunting, so we won't try to address everything at once. We will work at your pace to create a fulfilling life through small, impactful, and sustainable changes. To help you reach your goals, I integrate:
-
Person-centered therapy: To ensure your autonomy is always honored.
-
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): For practical tools to break unhelpful patterns.
-
Motivational interviewing (MI): To navigate uncertainty and build confidence.
-
A holistic lens: Drawing from my background as a functional medicine health coach, I understand the deep interconnectedness of your physical and emotional well-being.
My remote office is a welcoming, safe space for all human beings, regardless of gender, sexuality, race, or lived experience.
You’ve taken the first step just by being here, and we celebrate small wins! When you are ready, I would love to connect. I am currently accepting new telehealth clients across Tennessee and Massachusetts.
